| 4) Include a Check or Money Order for the Total Amount Payable to: Brown County Agricultural Society |

| 6) You may place Entries in person September 13, 2008 at the Fairgrounds Administration Secretary's |
| Office from 10am until 5pm. |

| 7) You may Phone-In your Entries until 5pm September 19, 2008 to Tammy Gulat at (937) 446-4223. |
| You then pick up your Entry Tags and Season/Membership Tickets at Floral Hall September 21, 2008 from 10am until 1:30pm |
| when you drop off your Items. |
